Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to participate in ICUP 2028 for any reason, the following cancellation terms apply:

Before April 15, 2028: a card fee of 3% will be deducted from the paid amount.
Between April 15 and June 1, 2028 (inclusive): 500 Euro of the paid amount will be deducted.
After June 1, 2028: No refunds will be issued.
